SOFT COASTEERING FOR EVERYONE

Soft Coasteering involves overcoming various natural obstacles along the coastline, with proper guidance from professionals at Discover The Nature.

 The Arrábida Natural Park hides small pearls that deserve to be preserved and praised, both for their beauty and their unique geological characteristics; some, unique in the world, such as the coastline of Portinho da Arrábida, a coast carved by cliffs and escarpments, sea caves, and coves, where we find some of the most beautiful beaches in Portugal.

This experience lasts about 3 HOURS, during which, along its approximately 800 meters of circuit length, we will overcome various natural obstacles, such as cliffs or confined spaces, where we will have to walk along little-known TRAILS, do some small CLIMBs, and cross confined areas (CAVES) like the iconic Sta. Margarida with its 17th-century Sanctuary. XVII, or even cover some stretches of connection in the water using SWIMMING and of course not forgetting the highlight in terms of adrenaline and excitement: CLIFF JUMPING into the water from cliffs that vary between 1 to 5 meters.

None of the various obstacles are mandatory; there is always an alternative so that we can continue the journey.

 Sufficient arguments to challenge the bravest adventurers, if we are lucky, we will be able to see some bats inside the caves or even the unparalleled Bottlenose Dolphins!
