COASTEERING ARRÁBIDA | Discover The Nature

COASTEERING FOR EVERYONE

Coasteering involves overcoming various natural obstacles along the coastline, with proper guidance from professionals at Discover The Nature.

The Arrábida Natural Park hides small pearls that deserve to be preserved and praised, both for their beauty and their unique geological characteristics; some, unique in the world, such as the coastline of Portinho da Arrábida, a coast carved by cliffs and escarpments, sea caves, and coves, where we find some of the most beautiful beaches in Portugal.

This experience lasts about 4 HOURS, during which, over the course of its approximately 800 meters of circuit length, we will overcome various natural obstacles, such as cliffs or confined spaces, where we will have to descend using RAPPEL, walk along little-known TRAILS, climb using the RAILING CLIMBING technique over a stretch of about 50 meters, and traverse confined areas (CAVES) like the iconic St. Margarida with its 17th-century Sanctuary XVII, ZIPLINE - slid down a steel cable and literally landed in the water, or even covered some sections in the water using SWIMMING, and of course not forgetting the highlight in terms of adrenaline and excitement, the CLIFF JUMPING into the water from cliffs that vary between 1 to 10 meters.

None of the different challenges are mandatory; there is always an alternative so that we can continue on our way.

Sufficient arguments to challenge the bravest adventurers, if we are lucky, we will be able to see some bats inside the caves or even the unparalleled Bottlenose Dolphins!

DISCOVER THE NATURE, with its 25 years of experience, offers a safe exploration activity and perhaps the discovery of a new passion.

Don't miss out on this adventure.
